30-something mother of 2. Harry Potter fanatic. Inspired by the characters created by JK Rowling as well as a number of excellent HP fanfics, I've constantly got story ideas floating around in my head. I often type out one-shot stories just to get them out of my head, and then delete them without ever sharing them. I'm overwhelmed at the positive response to my first public attempt at fanfic, "What The Future May Hold", and have decided to continue the story with a sequel, "For All the Days to Come". I've also begun a companion piece, "Learning to Live Again", which is currently on hiatus, though I do intend to complete it some day. It's getting harder for me to update regularly, but I assure you that I will be continuing my stories! Unfortunately, I do not have as much free time as I had when I wrote my first story (which I somehow managed to complete in a month's time!). Now that I'm working full time, the sequel does not get updated nearly as frequently as I would like. I know it's frustrating, and I appreciate all your patience and understanding. LONG OVERDUE AUTHOR UPDATE:

I know it has been a LONG time since I've posted, and even longer
since I updated my stories. I wouldn't blame anybody for giving up hope.

I can't apologize enough... I just hope you can all understand when I say that I've had a crazy few years.

The past few days, I have really gotten the writing bug again. I
really would like to do something original, but can't get into the
right mindset as long as I've got unfinished stories out there!

I really don't know if or when I will have time to update. In the
meantime, I have started reading my own stories to refresh my memory
and to get in the right frame of mind.

I hope to flex my writing muscles by picking up on Remus and
Elizabeth's story (which should be easy, as it follows the timeline
and story of What the Future May Hold), and somewhere along the way try
to outline new chapters for "For All the Days to Come". I have had so
many computer crashes over the years, I have lost all that I had
plotted out for future chapters. I still know where the story is
headed, but need to start future chapters from scratch.

In the meanwhile, I have to go back and edit quite a bit. I noticed
that somewhere along the way, my formatting disappeared. Now it is
hard to know where the transitions between perspectives take place
without a bit of confusion.

Anyway... if anybody is still with me, I hope this gives you a glimmer
of hope.

I can't promise anything... but I feel like I'm getting my mojo back!
