This fic was written for the Monthly Fanfiction and Fanart Contest on /r/RWBY It takes place at the beginning if the Volume 2 finale: Breach. This one went on for a little longer than I'd expected, so I made it a two-parter. It's split into two different chapters along with a prologue and an epilogue. Enjoy!
