I enjoy reading many kinds of fanfiction but my preference is for lengthy, well written pieces. Another tendency that I have is to read completed stories. I don't like it when a good story is left unfinished so my hope is to always finish a project before moving on.

Hermione is a central character in most of the stories that I read and write. Although I think that she usually turns out to be a different sort of person than J.K. Rowling intended her to be I think it is fun to explore the different aspects and views of her personality. After all, this is fiction.

In the same light, I don't usually think in terms of Hermione/Ron. That happened in the books. There is no denying it, nor is there any point to rehash something that already occurred. That being said, I'm all for AUs, situations that would have never occurred in the books (new spells, inventions, time travel without a time turner, etc.), and unusual relationships.

That being said, my favorite pairings and Hermione/Draco and Hermione/Fred. (Odd set of combinations, I know.) However, I am not opposed to many other pairings so long as they are done well.

As a final note: I do not make any claim that Ican write well. I'm just having fun with different writing styles, characters, and scenarios. Read as you wish. (That is once I have something ready to post, of course.)

Draco Malfoy turns himself in after a very successful career as a Death Eater, then enlists Harry and Hermione to help him in a scheme to bring down the Dark Lord. DHr. A story of forgiveness.
