My name is Declan Fletcher and I'm a Squib (Truthfully! Please hear me out!).

Writing information about the Wizarding World for Muggles is a great passion of mine, along with many other advocates of Muggle-Wizard harmony, but sadly we are writing illegally. The Ministry of Magic wants us to stay in hiding and keep all traces of our world hidden from your world. J.K. Rowling, a fellow Squib, wasn't the first to write about our world but those authors before her were not lucky enough to receive the fast response that Rowling’s first book did. Her books became far too popular too quickly that the Ministry had to let her go on with them but she was forced to write the rest as ‘Children’s Fiction’, had her original Harry Potter Biographies erased and since then been under the watch of a team from the Magical Law Enforcement Patrol.

However, the ministry officials are quite pleased with how everything turned out in the end. It has made it a lot easier for them to cover everything up. An International Task Force from the International Confederation of Wizards are permanently set up to watch the publication houses for any sign of information that could lead to risk of discovery. If you try to publish books on the Wizarding World they now say that it’s “under copyright by J.K. Rowling”, this has made it so much easier for them. DON’T LISTEN TO THEM! IT IS A LIE! I’m sure Rowling’s all for it, she has let slip G. Norman Lippert, author of the James Potter series, who wrote and self-published his records on the famous Harry Potter’s eldest son only wishing that she have nothing to do with it (being in danger of a life sentence in Azkaban Prison).

The easiest way us advocates of Muggles and Wizards living side by side get the truth out there now is by publishing it as so-called ‘Fanfiction’ or posting it on Tumblr because wizard kind haven’t gotten used to the computers. Still we have to be careful… and in saying that I must say that what I have written above is pure fiction and anything you recognize is under the copyright of the (almost unbelievably inventive) Miss J.K. Rowling.
