A rather unapologetic letter from the former prince of the Southern Isles is the catalyst for a life-changing meeting between Elsa and the hot-blooded miscreant who tried to steal her crown. Elsa x Hans.

His initial plans thwarted, a conflicted Hans wonders if he's made the right choices. And it so happens that Elsa's thinking about the exact same thing.

Two years after the thawing of the eternal winter, more devastation occurs when Arendelle is engulfed in war from an unknown source. Military expertise in return for Queen Elsa's signature, the former prince of the Southern Isles, and the Snow Queen herself, must cease the war between each other, to triumph in the war that will determine the kingdom's, and the queen's fate.

Going on journals from her parents and his parents' pleas for help, Elsa invites Hans back to Arendelle with the hope that redemption may be found in some way but how can you find trust from what he has done?

It's been a week since the eternal winter had ended. Elsa has returned to attending to her duties as queen, Anna and Kristoff have been getting to know each other better, and Sven no longer has an interest with Olaf's nose. And for that one moment everything was perfect. Until the King of the Southern Isles decides to drop by Arendelle to deliver an unwanted "package".
