I have since deleted Never Let Me Go and Awake. I'm not sure if anyone really noticed, but when I was writing NLMG, as the story progressed, the chapters became shorter and my writing had become sloppy. I thought long and hard on it and I haven't lost my passion for fanfiction, just for NLMG. Everything was coming out very forced and I realized that was why it was becoming extremely difficult to write.

If I ever decide to continue NLMG, it'll have been completed and most likely posted all at once.

As for Awake, I was falling into the same issues that SxA had been. I'll be damned if I continue that path. This story has a plot that has a lot of twists and turns and it's meant to make you think that you know who is at play, but then get blindsided. SxA and I had everything all planned out (including the first chapter for unfinished Awake's sequel), but the original idea (with these twists and turns) made it a little too twisty and turned into a writing flop. So I scrapped that and will not post Awake until I have it 100% finished.

To be honest, I care more about my adopted stories than NLMG. Awake has always kept my interest, even before it came into my apparently incapable hands.

For everything who reviewed and followed NLMG, I sincerely apologize for having kept you waiting since June 18, 2014. It's been over two years since my last update and I feel like a major letdown to all of you who had been eagerly awaiting for an update that never came. I'm sorry.

Awake starts after Harry's 5th year, before the 6th. There are some spoilers, but honestly, if you're finding anything to be spoiled, that's on you. The series was finished by 2008. Not my problem if you're reading fanfiction without have finished reading the original series by JK Rowling

Lucius Malfoy never went to Azkaban. And for those who like to write Lucius as a misunderstood hero, no, he's still a complete bastard in Awake. Harry's behavior will be OOC. It's supposed to be that way, and hopefully, I'll have done a good job with giving you reason without outright explaining why. Oh, and Harry will be a bit on the strong side. If you don't like a strong Harry, I recommend you read my original story, Never Let Me Go. He's a total cry baby because he's completely mentally depleted as a consequence from the war. ;)

Since people have issues with me giving out constructive criticism... Let me remind you all what FANFICTION.NET says about community etiquette:

http://www.FanFiction.Net does not filter content and is an open system that trusts the writer's judgement. However, there is an inherent responsibility that falls to writers as a result.

Here is a list of conducts that should always be observed:

Spell check all story and poetry. There is no excuse for not performing this duty. If you do not have a word processor that has the spell checking feature, use a search engine such as to find one.

Proofread all entries for grammar and other aspects of writing before submission. 'Hot off the press' content is often riddled with errors. No one is perfect but it is the duty of the writer to perform to the best of his/her ability.

Respect the reviewers. Not all reviews will strictly praise the work. If someone rightfully criticizes a portion of the writing, take it as a compliment that the reviewer has opted to spend his/her valuable time to help improve your writing.

Everyone here is an aspiring writer. Respect your fellow members and lend a helping a hand when they need it. Like many things, the path to becoming a better writer is often a two way street.

Use proper textual formatting. For example: using only capital letters in the story title, summary, or content is not only incorrect but also a disregard for the language itself.

The chapter system is not to be used as placeholder for non-story content such as author notes. You can add short author notes to the beginning or at the end of stories but never as individual chapters.

Do not upload chapters, series, or segments of a story as separate entries. In order to submit a 5 chapter story, for example, use the 'Create Story' page to submit chapter 1, and then use the 'Edit/Upload chapter' feature in the left menu, after login, to submit chapters 2 through 5.

Entries not allowed:

Non-stories: lists, bloopers, polls, previews, challenges, author notes, and etc. One or two liners.

I did not write the above rules. FanFiction.Net did. You have to accept that before you publish a new story, every freaking time. Just because you fail to follow directions, does not give you the right to get pissy at me for giving you much needed criticism. I did my part, now why don't you do yours?

I'm not

expecting everyone here to have amazing spelling or grammar skills. (I'm not perfect either! I make mistakes too!) But what I do expect, from a story that is posted on this site, is that you at least attempt to fix up your mistakes. And if someone points out a mistake in a review, take it with pride. It is then up to you to either acknowledge you screwed up or fix it and then replace that chapter with the errors fixed. It will not delete your reviews. So I don't see why you have to be so lazy about it. I know that I encourage my mistakes to be pointed out to me, and I will fix them because I want my readers happy; I don't want my readers miserable when they are trying to enjoy a fanfic they like.

This is a review I was going to give to Lisi the slayer for her story, Rejection of Love can kill you, but she couldn't handle it and blocked me. Since she is so damn sore and I feel like it is necessary for me to say this, I'm going to post up the review right here:

You. Seriously. Need. To. REREAD AND EDIT. Before. You. Post! Why are you so damn lazy? If you're going to write something, YOU and solely YOU, are responsible for it. Right now, the plot is really amazing but you, as an author, are just crap. You obviously don't care about your own damn story because if you did, then you'd have take the BASIC effort to edit it before posting. Most of your errors are nothing but a worthless pile of carelessness.

1. " Do not do this ! " (I don't know what the hell possessed you to think this was correct. I might be an American, but I know British ENglish doesn't write like that either! I say this because your profile says you're from the UK.)

3. I may like this plot, but I simply REFUSE to apologize for my scathing reviews. There should be no excuse for not checking for errors before you post up a story / chapter. It even says that you should do so in the FF Guidelines. So go ahead, get pissy at me, but then I'll be more than obliged to throw it back in your face that your failure to understand basic grammar is not my problem, but sounds more like a personal problem of yours.

Since I'm feeling redundant, however, consider this my last review until the last chapter. (Despite your inabilities, and I've said this more than once, the plot of this story is really great. Therefore, I feel as if I should finish reading the story. Ah, the torture; what a masochist.)

That was my review. As you can see, it is scathing. I don't apologize for my hurtful reviews. However, I will apologize because that wasn't as constructive as I'd hoped it'd be. However, despite the infuriatingly disgusting grammar, this story was a very beautiful story; tears may or may not have been shed nearing the end. Even though there was a horrendous disregard of editing, I have to say this story is a favorite and I do recommend it to be read. And do to the fact that I slammed this author with heinous reviews, do be kind! ;)

The Difference Between Constructive Criticism and a Flame

Constructive criticism will detail what is wrong in a precise and polite manner. Likewise, reviewer (you) will be signed in or leave something for author (writer/me) to get in touch. Reviewer will not just detail what is wrong, but also say what can be improved to enhance author's writing for reader's pleasure.
-Flamers will be rude and say everything sucks without pinpointing what exactly is wrong. Flamers normally do not have decent writing skills for even the simplest and basic writing instructions, eg, sux and lacking *proper* punctuation.

I enjoy constructive criticism. I don't mind if it bites me, I like being bitten. But please, refrain from trying to break me by making me laugh at your pitiful attempt to deter my writing. In my experience on FF.Net, most flamers often have really poorly written stories that are very sub-par compared to my own. (I'm not being cocky, unlike you shits that try to cut down really great stories. At least the majority of authors getting flamed actually try to spell correctly, try to have proper grammar, and are unique in their writing capabilities!) Most of you flaming bastards can't pace a story either!

Please, if you're going to anonymously review my story, leave an email address so I can respond back! If you can't take the time to create an account or leave an email, then don't bother reviewing. (Obviously, that'd be a waste of your time as well...)
