Aug/10 *BIG ANNOUNCEMENT*:
WHHHHHHHHHAAATTT! I've been gone for almost 2 f-ing years?! I know all you loyal readers from Aces and Perfect Soldier were utterly pissed that I haven't updated a damn thing during this long unannounced hiatus. I know whatever excuse I have will never erase the anger and impatience all of you felt as the months went by, but I think an explanation is necessary. So here's what happened the pass year and a half. The most simple explanation for the hiatus was because my pc crashed a couple months ago and I didn't back my data up so I lost all my chpts!!! All the hard work I put into was a waste. I still have the plot fresh in my head but there were bigger reasons why I havent put these ideas back into concrete form.

As I finished my Master's Degree to be certified to teach in high schools, the terrible recession was at its worst and took all the jobs away. Education was especially hit hard. As I finished my degree, alot of schools cut back on hiring and in fact laying off their teachers. If schools were hiring, they were only looking for Science and Special Needs teachers (since not many pursue these fields and are in high demand). So for the past several months, I was searching for a teaching position for history (which, to be honest, is mostly taken for granted by almost everyone but historians, humanists, and politicians) in high schools or secondary schools but got accepted to nowhere. My emotional state was in shambles: I was frustrated, exhausted, anxious, and quite depressed as I imagined my bleak and hopeless future.

The past few months all I've done was reading newspapers to find any job postings, writing resumes, cover letters, sending them, and then go to any interviews offered from schools "interested" but will never hire me. It's utterly demoralizing. I confess I still hang out ff.net to relieve my troubles but I just don't have the spark of enthusiasm to write anything that requires thinking and more typing. I absolutely love my 2 stories and swore to never discontinue them. But at one point, I was so unhappy that I just feel like I wanted to delete my stories and not continue them.

Then something happened a few days ago.

I received a phone call that I was hired to be a teaching assistant for the fall semester in an urban school!!!! It's not the most comfortable place to teach, and it's not a permanent position but I am still very elated at this moment!!! Finally I have reached the end of the dark and bleak tunnel!

So when will I update again?

Teaching is not an easy job so I'm still uncertain when exactly I'll update. I want to try and update Perfect Soldier before school starts (Sept). But again, I lost all my data so it's probably unlikely, but I know I haven't updated this story for awhile so I really want this story to get going again. Again I want to make it clear that despite the long delays I will absolutely never delete or discontinue these great stories. But getting adjusted to a new school and new environment will be very tough (for you younger readers, you now know what your teachers are going through). So I would like to ask if anyone is interested to either beta or co-write this with me to support me as I write this story and I could still have a normal human adult life. Pls message me so we could organize things.

OMG soooo sorry for the LLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG hiatus! Work and school was a pain! That's one reason why I haven't updated.
But another reason was soon after my last update, 2 new Resistance games came out. The 2 new games have cooler baddies, cooler weapons, and more about the Chimera's origin. Because of that, it sorta messed up my ENTIRE plotline in The Perfect Soldier and that really frustrated me! I felt like I need to change my story from the ground up to keep the Naruto characters and game story in-character and accurate as possible.
With that said, and Crazy-silly-me's suggestion, I will keep The Perfect Soldier 's plotline based on the first game and not the other ones. I'll also re-edit the chpts (EXCEPT prologue, chpt 5, and 6) -- that means greatly adding or deleting stuff I already posted. Some changes are significant to the plot! There are reasons as to why I delete or add certain scenes and you have to find out for yourselves! Some are merely stuff I didn't like when I first wrote them, but other are because I'm switching course.

Anyway I'll cut to the chase: Pls revisit my previous chpts! Tell me what you think about the changes! If you already reviewed some of the chpts but want to review again, do so anonymously (but with a name that I can recognize).

Sep/09: I've been hinting this for a very long time, but now the final verdict has come: Love Sick will be deleted. I'm no longer interested in the FF7 fandom, though I'm still a CloTif fan. The story was my very first fic and so I now find that work of mine to be very OOC, horrible prose, and simply bad. I'm terribly sorry to all those who reviewed and waited years for it. But the story will not be redone. I will be focusing my time and attention on The Perfect Soldier so please check it out!

Dec/09: I'm fed up w. stalling! I have finally posted my Wolverine and the X-men fic called Aces and Eights: The Remake. I know this is a crappy title but this title is the only way to describe the story that I'm working on. (And if you have suggestions as to what better title I should give I simply do not like how Marvel's been doing with Gambit's depiction and how the episode went out and so I'm making my own version - the way Romy fans TRULY wanted! I'll be focusing both Soldier and Aces as much as possible because I really enjoy creating the plot for these.

Summary: He's one of the most prominent soldiers in the Kamikaze Army. She's a Combat Medic, a so-called slave in the military hierarchy. Despite their ranking, they couldn't live without the other. Their bond blossoms into love. But to the military and the society they're in, what they're doing was not only committing fraternization. Their relationship is considered as incest; a taboo and an abomination. And what about the war against the malevolent Chimeras? Can love and war coexist?

Pairings: Sasusaku, Naruhina, Nejiten, Shikaino, and a mystery pairing (guess)!

Rating: M for adult themes, violence, swearing, and future lemons. But currently I'm going to leave it T for now.

Fandom: Wolverine and the X-Men

Summary: What if Wolverine sent Rogue to Genosha instead of Nightcrawler to find the spy who will steal Magneto's helmet? Rogue was the perfect choice: her powers and previous involvement with the Brotherhood as a double agent make her the perfect role to blend perfectly and find the information she needs to figure out who the mutant thief is. But what she didn't expect was falling into the charms of a certain Cajun "resident" of Genosha. What will happen once Rogue discovers his true intentions?
Gambit has never failed a heist because he never let emotions get in the way of his work...until he met the most beautiful and mysterious southern belle within the streets of Genosha. Who will Remy choose? His guild and money? Or will he choose Rogue's safety? As the situation mounts, not only are their mission is at stake, but the stakes become more personal.

Notes: I'm planning this story because like many Romy fans out there, I was disappointed that Marvel didn't put one of the best couples together yet. Worst of all, Gambit only appeared for 2 episodes! ONLY TWO!! And the worst-est part?! "Aces & Eights" had so many loopholes, that it's just ridiculous! Now that I've ceased ranting, I'm now saying that I'm writing this to make myself feel better and show how that episode should've REALLY played out! And if one of the writers in Marvel studios read this MUCH better plotline, he or she would've said: "Hey! Why didn't we thought about that when we wrote that damn episode?!"

I never put one-shots here; they're usually the spur of the moment and don't need to be posted. Anyone can write these stories if they liked the storyline. But permission must be granted.

She lives out her life in the shadows, wearing different masks in the public eye. She was the perfect camelleon and was invisible to everyone...except for one observant Uchiha. Sasuke is the second son of the Konoha Police chief, with high expectations from his family to follow the Uchiha tradition of bringing justice to the city by joining the police force. He was always in the spotlight, yet he wanted a simple life where someone truly sees him for who he is. They're from two completely different worlds yet they were so similar to each other. First comes empathy and understand...then it become much, much more... But they don't know there's just one little problem...
