Season 3 ending left Bianca and Janet broken. Me too. I started a story to try to heal my broken heart! It has been some consolation.

Kate and Caroline are on loan from Last Tango, which was written by Sally Wainwright who has now finally admitted that it was a mistake to kill off Kate. Here K and C will be treated with respect and love and some wrongs will be righted. The story starts on their wedding day but there are some twists along the way and the authors hope that these changes will meet with your approval

The ending of Season 3 left me unsatisfied, so I had to write this for my own peace of mind.

Based, after Dagny's introduction to the crew, Bo, Lauren, Kenzi, Dagny, Vex, Mark, and Dyson all go for a very needed vacation. But as expected, things might not go exactly as planned. Hope you like! :)

For the uninitiated who may have arrived here by accident via an 'author follower' notification or some such thing, the TV show "Janet King" is an Australian law/crime/ drama series (a spin-off from "Crownies"). If you have not seen it yet, I recommend that you do. Janet is a well-respected senior prosecutor as well as a gorgeous lesbian.

We meet Caroline and Kate as they are still just acquaintances. From chapter 6 and on some of the key scenes and dialogue from Last Tango in Halifax seasons 1-3 are sprinkled here and there while the actual story goes in a bit of a different direction. Heavy on character in the beginning, but will try to move into more dialogue driven updates in future. The characters are not of my own making. Fictional future scenarios in the McElliot lives but based on quotes or part quotes from Caroline or Kate from the actual TV series in an attempt to subvert or change the original meaning...or maybe even show that they've moved on! As usual the characters are not mine, they belong to Sally Wainwright & the BBC but I will attempt to play nicely and leave them 'unmarked'.
