Fog has descended on the lower levels of Minas Tirith, and a killer stalks the streets. In the Citadel above the fog, Aragorn wants the killer found. Down where the fog is thickest, a young man raised on the streets is trying to find him, too. These two men, whose lives are so very different, will end up being brought together by the fog. Because in the fog, everything is changed.
