A few quick things: I'm a full-time college student (senior year whoop whoop), I am prone to random bouts of writer's block/laziness/etc. and have a knack for disappearing for weeks or months at a time on hiatus. Your thoughts/opinions matter greatly to me and I wish that more people would just review without me having to ask them to. 6/22/2013: So...I've been getting a pretty strong need to begin my next fanfiction...it'll be difficult but once I have the first five chapters done is when I will begin publishing on this site. I don't expect to get a whole lot of traffic on it because the series itself isn't all that popular but oh well. It's a great idea and parts of which I might just reuse later for an actual novel! See you guys soon hopefully!

5/29/2014: It's been almost a year since I have posted on here, wow, time does fly when life has you pressed into the ground. In that time I have written my first novel, completed my sophomore year of college, been thrown through some serious rigours, and accomplished a great deal of things. And so to gear myself for writing the second book (the series is a trilogy) in July hopefully (#CampNaNoWriMo) I've decided to work on a fanfiction that I really enjoyed composing. The skeleton of it is basically done, and I'm perfecting all the inner stuff, the plot and character development that would make up the organs, tissues, and essentially squishy parts of the story. As I stated before, I probably won't publish until I have five chapters written, and boy does it take a while for this story to really get under way. I have seventeen chapters (including the prologue) ready before anything happens within the base story's timeline (I may decide to cut them down, or delete some). I don't expect a lot of traffic on this, but I won't jinx it. I do look forward to responses though, limited as they may be.

6/24/2014: So I've been working on my new fanfiction for Camp NaNo, and I've made decent progress for only putting in two nights of work on it since I finished the outline. Again I won't post until I'm at least five chapters in, and I've reviewed them for error, but I like the direction I've taken thus far. This story is severely music-centered, and so I've been taking care to track the music I use, give credit to the song owners, and I've even built a playlist on Youtube with the music used in order of appearance. Kinda nifty, there will be more authorial notes in this piece because of the music but they'll only be at the bottom and can be easily skipped.

7/30/2015: Another year has come and went, and I haven't finished that series, nor published my first book yet. Everything has its challenges and the biggest one being that I'm still in school--in August I start my senior year. I'm hoping to get some writing done today, in fact, before I go back to working on my novel and its publishing issues. Once that's done I have to finish writing the sequel. That being said, there's something about the beauty of fanfiction that makes me keep coming back to this wonderful place, when other former users would just abandon their accounts with more grace than I shall ever muster.

8/1/2015: Two new chapters are up for Serenade. There is a third one already written and editing and I shall be writing another here shortly. It feels nice to be working on this project even though the story doesn't get much traffic due to how niche the characters are. Oh well.

8/17/2015: I'm pretty proud of the progress I've made for Serenade. I lost my focus for awhile because I was trying to make progress with Photoshop, and got distracted because of it. I was also stuck on chapter twelve for awhile and couldn't post the next chapter until it was done. The next three chapters (13-15) are all going to be relatively short. I'm excited because we're getting closer and closer to present time that falls in line with the books. We'll see how much progress I make before I leave to go back to school on Friday. Who knows when I'll next update after that. Thanks for sticking with me thus far. Also, to whoever has been recommending my Treasure Planet FF Not a Dove but Just as Pure, thanks a bunch! I've seen a ton of traffic in the past couple weeks, now if only those people would leave reviews. ;) Happy reading everyone!

9/4/2015: Hello all, tomorrow is my birthday and so I have a gift for you all... A fresh chapter for Serenade! I've been sitting on this one for a while as I adjusted to uni life once more, and I'm pleased to have gotten it done since I've only just finished ch 13 early early this morning. I'll be honest and say that I don't know when I'll next update again. Although ch 14 is a short one, I don't think I'm going to have much time for writing anymore with the way homework and club work is going. I'll do my best because I really love writing and I adore this story but no guarantees. Thank you so much for all the traffic last month it was really quite a boost to feel and see even if it was for an old project. Happy reading everyone! And good luck with school!

10/13/2015: An unexpected chapter appears. I am currently on midterm break, and randomly decided to write a new chapter for Serenade as a warm up for some other writing (like working on my novels). I ended up finishing the whole chapter, which means I am allowed to post another one. My own code says I have to remain one chapter behind on posting at least, so that I always have time for editing of new content and such when writing, etc. If that makes any sense? I dunno. At any rate, enjoy! The next chapter is a brief one, albeit with some cute moments and some very not so cute moments. The same can be said for the chapter I just posted though. Once more I shall retreat into hiding, best of luck in all of your endeavors.

10/14/2015: Surprise surprise, another chapter is up. It seems that I could not resist writing another quick one, and since I finished one I was able to post another. Exciting times. Sadly though, this might be the last of them for awhile because soon my break will end, and I really must focus on other school-related projects instead of writing for Serenade. We are soon approaching the end of young Moonshine's arc, so prepare yourselves for a great big time jump. No worries, there is one or two more adventures planned before that happens though. I guess I will see you all when I see you, best wishes.
