Hi, I'm Ellen Cherry.

Actually, I'm not, but that is the name of a character in one of my favorite books...as good a screen name as any, I think. (If you haven't read any Tom Robbins yet, I suggest you do. Immediately.)

Anyway, I started this account as a way to experiment and practice as a writer. I am not too experienced in terms of fan fiction, the rules and terminology and so on, so...cut me some slack, I'm new. (:

I often find in my own writing that I get bogged down in planning and exposition; this is really an attempt to, putting it bluntly, get off my butt and actually move a plot along, work on dialogue, etc. I hope you enjoy, and please, please, pleaseee give me feedback and constructive criticism. I'd greatly appreciate it.
