He wondered, just for a split second, if Maleficent was looking up at that same universe, and he wondered if she was thinking of him, too. And, for just a moment, she was struck by the oddest notion that, back at the cottage, Diaval was looking up at the same dark sky and thinking of her. Maleval, fluff, sort of drabble-ish.

...because with each other they felt again. A series of maybe connected, maybe not short drabbles. Maleval will be the central pairing.

After Aurora's coronation, Diaval begins the journey to heal Maleficent's wounded heart. Maleval fluff. May become multi-chapter.

Diaval is wounded, leaving him with a permanent disability. Maleficent swears to heal him, but a cure is not easy to come by, and tensions with the human kingdom are always on the rise. Eventual Maleval.

Maleficent's face burned with color and she slowly shook her head, breathing out through her nose heavily. When she looked back down at Diaval, his eyes were wide open and he was staring at her intently, affection tainting his eyes. Maleficent froze, blinking at him.
