Hello! I'm a university student from Australia studying to become a speech pathologist working with children. Here are some fun facts about me: - Been doing martial art Aikido for 5 years now, currently going for 3rd Kyuu in Aikido. Did Taekwondo for 4 years beforehand, reaching up to Blue Belt 3 strips before I quit - Had a passion for sketching/drawing/calligraphy/piano and chess in the primary school/high school years. - Loves to dance(been dancing for 4 years), but is focusing more on studies and Aikido: tell me what styles you like to dance! I'm strongest in Ballroom Latin(at Gold/Advanced level), Argentine tango and Swing( I can dance both lead and follow for those styles), but I also love Hip Hop, Lyrical, Ballet, Jazz, and know Ballroom, Salsa, Bachata and a bit of Zouk. - Been reading fan fiction for a while now, I favour long series with lots of detail and juicy character development, thought processes, reflections and delicious true-to-character plots - Journey with Manga/ Anime: It all started with a high school friend introducting CLAMP to me. My personal favourite CLAMP series is Angelic Layer, Cardcaptor Sakura and Chobits. I've also read and liked Xxxholic, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. Inuyasha is endearing, and I hopped on to the Naruto wagon quite late. A huge Studio Ghibi fan, my favourite(s) are Whisper of the Heart and Only Yesterday. I'm currently into Assassination Classroom, but my previous obsessions were Bartender, Death Parade. I can't forget about Hana Yori Dango/Meteor Garden/Boys Over Flowers and often revisit them every now and again. |
