THE HUNGER GAMES POEM
Everybody gather round
the hunger games are goin down
they'll try to fight they'll try to win
to live in victors village with their kin
it won't be easy it won't be fun
the capitols mutts will keep them on the run
Peeta and Katniss what a hoot
waiting for their silver parachute
Ceassar Flickerman holds a feast
while the capitol prepares their beast
at the feat Thresh kills Clove
and because of Rue, he lets Katniss go
Cato tracks Thresh and takes him out
while Peeta and Katniss go on about
at the cornicopia the three meet in the center
and the capitols mutts appear, turning out for the better
the mutts finally destroy Cato
confusion srikes, why are the games still on the go
they've been tricked now only one can be victor
Haymitch better learn to hold down his liquor
do not fear Katniss has a plan
but whats that she holds in her hand
the nightlock berries poisonous and deadly
the gamemakers have no other choice but to be friendly
so they have done it, they have both won
now back to district 12 where awaits some new fun.
