Hello all! I guess it's time to put a profile up, huh?

I've been debating on how to do this, so I'm just going to jump right in.

My pen name is Kayla Rivers. Like many on here, one day I would like to write books for a living.

I'm still learning, so if you see something I can improve on in my work, please tell me. I can't outsell anything if I don't improve :P

(aka, I don't own anything I write about on here. But maybe one day...)

Anyway, I'm in college right now. Things have been difficult the past year or so, and updates may be in short supply. I'll be sure to try and make them the best ever, but as I said, I'm still learning.

I'm also new to the shipping/fanfic writing community, so I apologize if I get anything wrong.

Right now the five things monopolizing my life are Miraculous Ladybug, college, Sims 4, Civ V, and writing.

I don't have a one track mind when it comes to making stories, so if you see a ton of one-shots and small stories pop up while I'm going through a major one, don't sweat it. I have to get all the rejected ideas out before I can work on the big one.

Seriously, I have a file that is full of junk I write that doesn't fit the story. Most of which can become their own story, but if I did that I'd never get anything done.

If you are inspired by of one of my stories, feel free to write about it. Or draw it, if you are so inclined. That's part of the reason I'm posting them. What is your twist off of my thoughts? I would like you to tell me so I could see/read it, though. Nothing would make me happier.

Anyway, I hope you like what I post.

I'm so sorry guys! It's been quite a while since I've posted and I feel so bad about that I know how it feels to have to wait for something you really enjoy.

I am working on it, but real life has kind of gotten in the way. I live in Northern Louisiana, where we have had some major flooding. And I mean major. I was out for an entire week, in a state that deals with hurricanes. It hasn't flooded this bad in FOREVER.

And this means that all my professors are trying to shove a week's worth of work into the remaining time. It's going to be a moment before I can post again. But I am working on it.

Thank you so much for your concern and patience. I promise, I'll get back to this.

Okay!! I took my last Final, and will be back to working on this story within the week!!! I can't wait!
