![]() Author has written 6 stories for Harry Potter. "Today, we will not be invisible or silent." I heard this one day and loved it. I think it's a song title or album title from 1994, but I totally forgot. But you know what it means? It means to make yourself noticed. It means to get your message out there. Don't let anybody repress you. Don't let anyone talk over you. Don't let them bring you down. You have to speak out, sing loud! Say your thoughts, speak your mind. Do what you want. Don't let anyone say that you can't do something, that you can be what you want to be. Make something of yourself. Make people listn to you. Make people see you, make them look at you. Don't let them ignore your thoguhts and motions. Make them watch. Make them care. I'd say this descirbes me very well. I'm an outgoing girl. I didn't ask to be the sort of center of attention. It just happened. I speak my thoguhts, and people listen. I act on my thoughts, and people notice. People know I'm here. They definitely see me. I make them listen to what I have to say. I make them watch what I do. I make them notice me. I am not invisible or silent. Music is my life. It is the most omportant thing I have that I can control. It calms me down when I'm worked up. It makes me happy when I'm sad. Makes me energetic when I'm down. Music helps me get through things. Helps me get through tough times. It brings my family and friends and I together. Commonly it makes up closer. Sharing inteerests in teh same kind of music, choosing what's on the radio, making fun of bad music and laughing about it all together pulls us together. When we show each other new music it brings us great satisfaction in sharing. Whether we like the music shown to us or not, it was worth a chance. Music is my life. Music, friends and family is what makes life all worth while. I'll stop listening to Kid Cudi when The End comes. I don't care if Michael Jackson is Black or White. Listening to Panic! at the Disco gives me a New Perspective. The Fray taught me How to Save a Life. I can Chase Cars with Snow Patrol all day. When I listen to Anna Nalick it helps me Breath. |
