The Rebellion never happened. In this very special Quarter Quell, tributes will be reaped from the existing pool of fallen tributes from past years. They will patch up their bodies and send them back into the arena to fight once more. Glimmer, Cato, and Clove are all revived to be in the games. (The rewritten version of one of my old stories!)
