I've received a number of warm reviews both here and elsewhere, and I cannot thank you enough. (08-09-2019 UPDATE) I'm fully back to my writing routine, now, and I'm currently writing the second interlude before Pursuit. I'll split my focus between stories set in the TBG universe and the others mentioned below, and I promise to post at least one chapter every month for The Enterprise and the Doctor, at least until the end of the first part (consisting of the first 4 episodes). I'm not committing to a schedule for the other stories: I'll post them when they're ready.

I have been writing. I've found out that the best way to keep sane is to write. And I've written a lot. The problem is that very little of what I've written is ready for posting. Quite a lot of it are no more than snippets and notes and plot points for future stories. I'm not kidding when I say I have dozens of ideas for stories, both fanfiction and original. But writing good fiction is hard. Perhaps I'm too demanding, perhaps I give too much attention to my inner critic. But I do need time, and effort, to polish a story to the point that I'm comfortable enough to post it. And the fact is that my last attempts fell far short than my goals. Besides, I have a Real Life with work, family and projects that also demand my attention. If I'm not happy with my stories, it's doubly hard to set aside the time to fix them.

I've finished Beginnings, yes. But I'm not happy with the ending. I keep thinking it needs a bit of a rewrite, and a coda. I'll probably go back to it, but not soon. It's meant to tie in, much later, with subsequent stories in the TBG universe, if I ever get to write them. Let's see.

Investigation, the current episode in my The Enterprise and the Doctor series, is finally complete! There should be two short interludes, one in the past and one in the present (relative to the Enterprise). Then I'll post the next episode, Pursuit. I'm trying to focus on it now. It's a very exciting story for me, and I hope you'll like it.

There's also, still in the TBG universe, a (still unnamed) story with the 4th Doctor (recognizable enough) and Enterprise D, with Picard et al, and the DTI. It's a very funny story whuch has recently captured my imagination when I rewatched some old ST:TNG episodes. It's not a priority though.

Reality Clashes. Now it's been growing in my mind and stealing mindspace from the other stories. There's so much to tell... It's a universe setting for Doctor Who stories, mostly compatible to canon (I'm not acquainted enough to the whole of DW story to be fully certain that I'm not breaking canon somewhere. OTOH canon in DW is a fuzzy concept at best so I'm not too worried). I have the two introductory stories outlined, the first and second story of the first arc written, and three other stories undergoing writing. The problem is that I do feel I have to post the introductory stories before the main arc stories can be posted. And they're fun, but not nearly as fun as the rest. So I'll probably post some standalone stories first, to try to get myself convinced that it's worth it. It's quite a lot of work, a major project.

The three standalone stories that I'm posting (or thinking of posting) are Carnival in Rio (ongoing), The Doctor's Name (and no, as far as I see it, it doesn't conflict with World Enough and Time), and Murder at Dawn (which will be a crossover).

There'll also be a mostly-standalone story, canon-compatible, examining the events just after "The Christmas Invasion" with PM Harriet Jones. Some things in the episode have bothered me, and none of the comments I've read since helped me with it, so I took to writing to try to fit it in my head. The short story, mostly a character piece, will be my answer.

My first stories are finally here! Starting on September 11th, 2015 I'll be posting my stories (almost) every Friday. I have many stories to tell, both original and fanfiction, but the first ones will belong to one of the two collections listed below.

Writing fanfiction is for me a learning exercise in writing fiction. I'm writing in a wide range of formats, from short stories to long novellas, while trying a number of different approaches. I do have a number of original stories, still cooking, which I'll release once they are mature enough.

I'm very interested on the following fandoms, where I write most of my fanfictions, but I may add others later. Mostly, I'm a fan of the Doctor, though.

-Reality Clashes - multiple series of independent stories with an overarching plot, set in the Doctor Who universe, after The Next Doctor.
