What if Gail bumped her head and could read minds? A prompt idea gone twisted into something else. The title is a play on the movie "What Women Want" because I actually watched that movie when I was younger and that's what I thought of when I read the prompt.

A drunk Holly spots a beautiful girl on a balcony and in the haze of her mind quotes Shakespeare. Cute and silly. Thought up from a prompt I saw on tumblr at 5am.

Short one shot. Holly's coworker thinks Gail might have a crush on the doctor. Idea I got while reading a book about forensic anthropology.

Who knew that finding her ex under her desk wouldn't be the most unusual part of Gail's day.

Gail and the boys are hanging out at The Penny when they make a wager. Gail is surprisingly impressed by who she meets.

Gail gets a little dapper for a case. Holly gets a little gone.

AU. Gail comes back after 8 months away on special assignment to find a stranger living in her guest house.

Gail's a chef. Holly's on a blind date. It's funny how things work out.

Gail Peck does not remember that she is Gail Peck. She's been in a car accident years ago and now goes by the name Skylar Nash, an artist who lives in New York and works with the FBI. But a job leads her back to Toronto where she gets glimpses of who she really is and back to a doctor Holly Stewart who feels so familiar and feels so much like Home.

Filling in what could have happened in the Gail/Holly story of season five off screen. Imagine they had more than about 10 minutes of screen time, it may have looked something like this. May continue the story post season-five, if I get to that point. May later increase to M rating.

The one where Gail is a little too overeager, in bed.

It's completely Holly's fault that Gail has developed this habit of blurting out her feelings. AKA the almost-epilogue to Protect & Serve.

A collection of random prompt fills over time for the shameless reason of getting feedback. You may have read these on my blog.

Gail had decided beforehand that she would despise the damn city with every fiber of her being. She couldn't possibly love the sky high buildings and driving through Chinatown. Or crossing the Golden Gate Bridge from where you could see Alcatraz in the far distance, which she wouldn't ever want to visit by the way, because, well, she despises this city.

The flowers are beautiful, you think, your nose going to automatically sniff at them, your eyes falling shut at the sharp but sweet smell. A moment as you revel in the scent before you open them, a smile of surprise fixed on your lips, your nimble fingers plucking the large card up that is perched on a plastic stand buried in the soil beside the plant.

There was a funny thing about being able to see the future. It didn't mean she always understood it when she saw it but, sooner or later, she figured out what it meant.

Gail takes on a new assignment as a favour to her brother; but this job may just turn her life upside down.

Time can change a lot of things.

The problem with feelings was having them. Or not. It was really not. Because she hadn't had them in so long, maybe she'd actually forgotten what they were. But instead, she just didn't feel anything.

Golly prompt - The adoption falls through and a couple of years pass, Gail is surprised to bump into Holly again, a very pregnant Holly. Who knew Holly would get the urge to be a single parent too?

Three years after Holly left, she gets a call that Gail Peck has died. She returns to Toronto to pay her respects and pick up the pieces of her heart. What happens next is the last thing she expects.

Gail and Holly have only ever been friends. When Holly accepts a job in San Francisco, Gail shows up on her doorstep the day before Holly is due to leave to help her pack. This is will be a two-shot, I think.

She wakes up on Christmas morning to find herself in Toronto, married to Gail with their three children. Holly must discover what it is she was meant to learn during this "glimpse".

What if the wedding thing between Gail and Holly didn't end in the closet? What if they met elsewhere later that...night? This is my Officer Lunchbox Secret Santa gift to its-love-make-it-hurt on Tumblr. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Set sometime in Season 6, Holly comes back and seeks out Gail and well, a conversation ensues and emotions are involved. In my opinion these two belong together and I'd like something like this to happen. Romance/fluff/bit of angst *sigh* Golly forever. One-shot.

What happens when the dreams you had fade to silence? [Post 5.11]

Her job requires constant attentiveness to details and informed, objective analysis, but in those moments when she is in her lab, her only company an empty shell of what used to be a human being, her thoughts are a scrambled cacophony of all the things she could be doing for her girlfriend and all things she may be doing wrong. Gail/Holly. Will live up to M rating eventually.

Gail Peck the Cop is an individual born from years of endless shaping by her parents, but behind that training there once stood a young girl who smiled and laughed. Steve Peck remembers this girl, and tells Holly about her as they sit beside Gail's bedside.

Story is set 4 years after 4x13. Gail and Holly have been married for a few months, and are now expecting a baby together! Fluff, with little, very little, drama. Meant as pure Gail/Holly romance. I just thought the idea of these two having a baby together was like the most precious thing ever.
