Introduction:

My journey into writing actually began roughly at the age of seven on YouTube. It was (and still is) an age when I was completely enamored with all things Harry Potter. YouTube was my Facebook before I even had Facebook, haha. My weekly favorite Harry Potter video would be displayed on my profile and I soon began typing character names in the search bar. Come to find out I had actually found people from the Harry Potter universe on there! I was ecstatic, innocent, and to a clearer point, naive, messaging one of these characters inquiring how I could become accepted into Hogwarts. That is when I was told that another magical world existed called roleplaying. My heart secretly split that Hogwarts did not exist but I would be able to be apart of that world through roleplay. It became my sole purpose to keep my love of Harry Potter preserved by writing grammatical error-filled fantastic adventures. Over time, my writing became better and I learned different techniques and styles while slowly developing my own. In total, I have been writing for 15 years. I have written on multiple sites with a variety of different folks. I would not have become the writer I am had it not been for them, trust me I was bad -- all my asterisks and *frowns hard*.

I decided to make an account on here because quality roleplaying sites are difficult to come by (YouTube died when Google took over and another site I loved updated leading half of the population to never come back). The realm of roleplay has become increasingly small. Many of the people I knew do not write anymore and that's okay but I was one of the people who never outgrew portraying characters so much so that writing is not only something I want to do as a hobby but something I want to have a career in as well. That is what this about. I am an avid writer. I want people to read my stories and not have them collect dust on a site no one visits. I want support and I want criticism. But most of all, I want these stories to move people. I want people to laugh, cry, and remember. If one of these stories leaves an impact, I know I have done my job.
