When Mojo Jojo is sent to prison during his turn to watch the Rowdyruff Boys; Brick, Boomer, and Butch need a place to stay. After no one volunteers to watch the super-powered psychos, the Mayor suggests Professor Utonium is best for the job.

"By the way, Brick. You're wrong. People didn't always like me." She said, turning her head slightly and looking meaningfully at the red boy with no longer anger-ridden eyes. "I was just as upset as you were." RRBs are attacked by an angry mob of citizens. Brick is affected by it, meeting Blossom's comfort. But something sinister is lurking in the background. The Rowdyruff's Z are world leaders, desperately seeking for their counterparts to finish them once and for all. By destroying all schools in New Townsville except one, they bring all high school students together in one building. Now, It's only a matter of time before they cross out everyone, who doesn't meet the profile of Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup.

The Day starts off normal with the Powerpuff girls defending the city against the Rowdyruff boys. Meanwhile, Professor Utonium accidentally spills a Concoction on the Mirror of the Powerpuffs, in their room. This leads brings up a new threat so big the Powerpuff girls might even have to work with the Rowdyruff boys, but can they trust them? Lets find out.

This story is about the adventure of the rrbz and ppgz and the journey from being created by mojo to their first encounter with the girls. They don't have ages in this imagine it how you want & the story is mostly set around Townsville not in high school (for now).
