What would the reappearance of Leia's adoptive father mean for her life in a post ROTJ context? What would he think of Han Solo, and what could he tell her about the dark shadow of her heritage? Why was Han so protective of Leia during the evacuation of Hoth? This story explores possible gaps leading up to their first kiss.

What if Vader, wanting to be with his son again, had taken a very different approach after Luke escapes him at Bespin? How far would he go to regain what he has lost? COMPLETE

Pre-ESB: Leia has a bit too much to drink and Han decides it's time for her to leave the party. Her inhibitions lowered, she talks more openly with the smuggler she's been so careful at hiding her feelings from, and Han has a few admissions of his own.
