Dean and Sam are on an expedition to study wolves in their natural habitat. They'd hoped to get a few sightings, maybe get in close – what they hadn't expected was to find a feral man, bleeding and close to death, in the middle of the woods.

Sherlock AU: College. John and Sherlock are assigned as roommates in a cramped dorm full of strange characters. For two people who wanted nothing more than four very ordinary years, extremely extraordinary things tend to happen. (I'm bad at summaries and titles, don't judge a book by its cover). In honor of the upcoming 4th of July: A Revolutionary War AU. John is a patriot, Sherlock is a Red Coat officer. Sherlock catches John stealing supplies from his camp in the dead of night and an unexpected relationship arises. *Warning: some people die, but John and Sherlock are okay.

Dean is a wizard who specializes in searching magic. Normally his cases in league with Officer Henricksen involve missing persons cases or stolen credit cards, but when Dean gets word of an underground familiar ring bust ending in a dragon on the loose, he can't help but pitch in to find the wayward beast.

"So, you're a cat." John murmured, sinking into his armchair, staring across the room at the black cat occupying Sherlock's chair. "Sherlock, what are we going to do? You're a bloody cat!"

Dean has a gift – he can see things. Things that others wouldn't see, motive and calm control between the splatters of blood and fractured mirrors. He solves crimes others simply can't. When bodies are piling up all around him, Dean starts to feel as though he's drowning in it, falling under the weight of his own helpless observations, until he finds something unbreakable.

Coming home after a case, John Watson and Sherlock Holmes are a bit high on adrenaline, slightly out of breath...and very, very hungry. The cupboard, unfortunately, is bare. (Written for Challenge 1 of Let's Draw Sherlock.)
