When Maui's warrior face breaks, it is only Moana who can see right through its cracks. It is only Moana who can see right through his act, right into the core of his being. To who he truly is. It is only her that can tell when he is upset, and it is only her who is able to comfort him.

an AU-setting where Maui's haka for Moana to keep Te Ka away from her worked, just as it did in the movie, but it works too well. Maui perishes at the hands of Te Ka, and poor unfortunate Moana fails to notice the spiral in her chest until it is too late.

Moana of Motunui is babysitting the 3-months-old baby girl, Mabel, with the help from her friend, the legendary demigod Maui.

Look, normally Maui's all for humans weeping over his injured body. Hey, he's been demigod-ing for thousands of years, it's nice to be appreciated every once in awhile, all right? But this one, this girl, acts like she knows him. He disregards it, because that's just creepy, until he realizes that he has a tattoo of her - and no clue how he earned it.

He knew Moana was special...boat an had nearly drowned before she washed up on his island. It was a humbling thought. He had thought she was stupid for not knowing how to sail but now he knew why...he thought of mentioning the tattoo to her but something stopped him, he got the feeling had done more then give Moana her boat back but only time would tell. Slight angst from Moana.

Maui was her best friend...she didn't think she would be back for a while but that was okay...never told them what she was doing only that she was safe...be plenty of time for stories later. She was having far to much fun. I am taking request for convocation/adventure Maui and Moana could have.
