Varric's book ends with the defeat of Meredith, but to some that is just the beginning. Fenris loves Hawke, but he isn't the only one who desires her and an apostate is out for revenge. Varric would do anything to protect his best friend, and that includes being kidnapped by seekers and fighting a hole in the sky, which pales in comparison to complications posed by Cadash.

Dorian Pavus doesn't quite know what to expect when he wakes up half-naked in a strange bed with a pounding headache next to the devastatingly handsome Lion of Ferelden, but it doesn't take long to figure out what's going on. The question, of course, is what is he going to do about it? What he wants to do, or what he should do?

Dorian is very touched and grateful that the Inquisitor sentenced Alexius to magical research rather than execution, and wants to do something special for Trevelyan. A fluffy, romantic piece which takes place after Dorian and Trevelyan's first kiss and before Dorian gets his amulet back.
