There's been a new killing and someone is trying to frame The Hood. Oliver and his team have to track down the murderer before he kills again. Tangled up in the investigation is Oliver's newfound attraction to Felicity, testing his resolve to steer clear of romantic entanglements. The story doesn't follow the show's storyline faithfully, but has a few parallels.

Rocky's been avoiding the one thing that's been staring her in the face for months...she can't run from her heart anymore... She NEEDS to get back on Shake It Up! Logan and Rocky are not yet dating, but how can their relationship develop from just some mere kisses? Logan knows!
