When Magnus moves to a new school he isn't expecting to fall hard into the mysterious world of Alec Lightwood, a boy with a secret hidden from everyone. As he finds himself tangled in a web of wonder and worry, he begins to realize that there's a lot more to Alec than anyone could ever imagine. And not just Alec either, but his desperate and broken sister and brother as well.

Drabbles related to all characters from The Mortal Instruments, including; Malec, Clace, Heline, Ragnor Fell & Raphael Santiago.

Alec Lightwood's life isn't going how he planned, the only people he has are his sister and two brothers. His life is not going how he wants it, then he gets a nice little pick-me-up along the way.

Magnus is a pirate, Alec a mermaid. I honestly don't know how to summarize this so that's what ya get. It's better than it sounds I promise. Rating is likely to go up as chapters progress.

She was dramatic. He was dynamic. She was precise. He was impulsive. He was James, and she was Lily, and one day they shared a kiss, but before that they shared many arguments, for he was cocky, and she was sweet, and matters of the heart require time.

It was his refusal to tell Magnus when he was needed, it was his stubbornness, his fear of pushing his lover away when he was only trying to bring him closer that made it so easy and so utterly random to fall into that dark pit that was Alec's own personal drop.

And he will adore Jace for breaking down everything he is and replacing it with the complete and utter filth that is this love he has inside.

"…So when you said 'I could care less what we do, I just want to spend time with you' what you really meant was, 'I don't care what we do as long as we're on the couch, watching Harry Potter with an obnoxious purple blanket that magically appeared out of nowhere, while not even having the decency to let me concentrate on said movie.' Right. Dully noted."

Based off of this prompt: "...Guys can you imagine a Malec Halloween like Magnus would be in a sexy costume standing by the door and Alec will hand out candy to the children and they'll look like a married couple and when all the Trick or Treaters have left they'll take all the leftover candy and cuddle on the couch while watching "A Nightmare Before Christmas"."

Malec, Jalec and a little bit of something else. After I'm Not Insane, Alec starts to question everything that's been going on. His world suddenly doesn't seem so real. Is it?

"Death followed me through the years. I always felt him on my heels, watching my every move. Waiting. Death was always waiting." Magnus is unwilling to die, until the night he meets Death himself. Malec.

Magnus is all about color. Alec isn't, though not for lack of trying. "If you ever get fired from being High Warlock, you'll have a lucrative career as the paint person in a Home Depot or something."

Demetri has a flash back to when he was human, before being found by the Volturi.

"There were some experiences that just couldn't be bought, and being shyly hit on by a drowsy nine-year-old was one of them." Because I am in love with the concept of Magnus and Alec meeting long before the party.
