i suppose introductions are in order...

if you wanna call me something, just call me Roo. it's my nickname and i'm quite fond of it.

so, in a nutshell, i've been on this site since, like...what...2008, I think? and i've used it for the sole purpose of improving my writing because I do a helluva lot of it. and you'll notice that I write a lot about the manga/anime Shaman King. i only do so because it was the first manga i ever read so it heavily impacted me.

speaking of which...i'm really not that big an anime fan, but i do enjoy a good comic. and i'm a huge movie junkie. so, i'll list some favorites from each category i mentioned:
