Sentiment doesn't really belong in Daryl's emotional vocabulary. There was no place for it as a child, and certainly no room now when the world's ended. So when the camp is invaded by an unusual intruder, it's all business with her as the camp's prisoner. Until she saves their lives and shows him up. Then it's personal. Longer summary inside! Daryl sets out for the day to clear his mind and runs into far more than he expected. He set out looking for peace and time alone but finds himself in hot water with a new group of people.
