Title: The Emerald Knight

Fandom: Young Justice (Season One) - Includes some (lots of) AU elements, but follows the S1 main plot.

Characters: Alani "Lani" Nohea/Jade Lantern (OC), Hal Jordan/Green Lantern, John Stewart/Green Lantern, the Team

Pairings: Decided, but unannounced because I'm evil and like to keep people in suspense.

Next Chapter: idk... i've really lost inspiration for this fic and i honestly posted the first chapter on a whim... so, just, don't expect anything soon.

Summary: Alani Nohea is your typical 15 year-old girl. But her whole life turns upside down when some dead alien's ring winds up on her finger. Now she has to deal with the challenges and trials that come with being shoved into the hero business against her will. It doesn't help that her sort-of mentor, sort-of partner is an arrogant jerk who doesn't know when to shut up.

Next Chapter: i still need to finish up the rough draft and go through it a few times for editing, but it should be done soon! my goal is having it completed for Febuary 20 something-th.

Summary: Olivia Blake. Regular, run-of-the-mill, newly-minted professional fashion photographer with an affinity for alternative music. Your unfriendly neighborhood deaf girl. Or at least I was. Until the particle accelerator exploded and my life was changed forever. Now, I have to deal with crazy meta-humans and powers I can't even begin to understand.

Notes: this is honestly the only one of my stories that I'll be (somewhat) regularly updating, as it's the one i'm the most invested in. i am planning to (eventually) rewrite it, but no worries, i'll finish S1 of The Flash in the fic. cover was made by me!

Next Chapter: i'm not really sure... but since season 2 of YJ is now on Netflix, i've been rewatching it, which should (hopefully) reignite my inspiration for this fic!

Summary: Coriander da Costa is keeping more than a few secrets, and her second life as Ember, Fire's partner, is one of them. She's got her flaws and her imperfections, and she knows there are things in her past that she isn't- and shouldn't be -proud of. But when a team of teenage superheroes comes together, the skeletons in her closet will come out to play.

NOTE: I will NEVER abandon or discontinue a story. Yes, I might be on hiatus for a while. Yes, it might seem like I never update. But there will always be another chapter, until I declare a story complete. So please, don't give up on me. I'll come back eventually :)
