Allow me to introduce you to a young woman who always had a weakness in controlling her imagination. She loved to create stories in her head; referring to movies, TV shows and books that had been avidly absorbed. Her chimera would run wild and in order to release the fantasies of her own little world, she would act them out. However, as she grew, her time became more and more dedicated to schoolwork and less to her fairy tale universe although her heart still loved and craved the domain. One fateful day, an epiphany struck the poor unfortunate soul and lifted her spirit. "Write them" it whispered; and so she did, allowing imagination to once again play with her and release itself. Writing and reading has now become one of her favorite past times.

The following is about that one girl and her attempt to provide her readers with a glimpse as to who this inner imaginative child could be.

So, as you can probably tell from the profile picture, I love the prairie. It's ironic that I live in California though. That picture was actually taken at sunset on Santa Cruz Island (for any of those who know or have been there). Now since I like the prairie, you may be asking "What about Little House on the Prairie?" Yes, I do love that show and the books. Laura Ingalls Wilder is someone who I have looked up to and admired ever since I was a little girl. If you have not heard about her, I cannot encourage you enough to look her up.

On to the next subject. Let's see...well, I love the classics whether it's movies or books, cars or clothes- if it's old, I'm interested. That probably correlates with my love for history. Don't knock it 'til you try it- the right way. School may not paint it correctly. It's all about everything that happened before you were born like international landmarks (i.e. the Great Pyramids of Egypt, Lady Liberty, the Great Wall and even Hadrian's Wall -have fun looking that one up!) It's full of stories that impact you. Like how your country came to be, the style of fashion that developed and recycles over the years, the technology you're using to read this and even how the world was made.

The next topic I will mention is my interest in sports. I am an avid hockey fan (go Kings!) and loyal to my team. I have followed the sport since I was a toddler and thoroughly enjoy it. I enjoy the Olympics, especially the winter ones.

Now, please allow me to talk about my faith. I am a Christian and truly try to live up to that daily. Following the LORD and where He leads me is a personal priority.
