Felicity Smoak is commentating this year for the annual championships, eager to make her mark on the sport. She also just happens to be the daughter of the Quidditch legend (and Oliver's idol) Jonathan Smoak, a reputation she clearly feels bitter about having.

Felicity's already complicated life takes a turn for the worst when Team Arrows villain of the week turns out to be more than what they thought.
