Fallen Angel Chapter 1: The World of Angels The realm of angels and saints, a peaceful world, no wars, conflict, racism, or any complications what so ever, only peace and kindness amongst the people of Heaven... except, for one person. An outcast they call him, a mutant some brand him with, and an abomination to all angel kind many angels say about him. This boy's name is Kenneth Michaels, a half-ling angel and demon bread together. He is one of the only angels of his kind who has never seen the world of humans or demons, but he is never accepted in the angel world, and is constantly ignored, ridiculed, and mocked by all angels that cross his path. However, it is unknown to him that Kenneth Michaels, is the only one who can truly bring peace to the entire world of human, demon, and angel. The sounds of sirens filled the air of the world above the clouds known as Heaven as angels in gladiator, knight, and even everyday military gear lined up in front of a large crowd of angels preparing for what appeared to be war. On one side of the table stood the great ship builder, and now head of the angelic royal navy unit, Noah. Opposite to him was the man who was able to part the raging Red Sea, Moses. Adjacent to them were a pair of lovers responsible for the creation of all humans today, and the guardians of the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve. Finally, opposite to the garden dwellers was the offspring of God himself, Jesus Christ, who was leading in the conversation of the battle about to occur. "Alright my pristine warriors," he spoke. "Satan's lowest ranks shall be preparing to take charge here, in the Valley of Lost Souls," he said and circled the area by twirling his finger in a circular motion. "Now," he continued and began drawing multiple sketches. "If we can send a small yet powerful battalion of men there to intercept the enemy, we could, in turn, intimidate the demon army for awhile in order to come up with a more advanced strategy." Noah stood before the Son of God and spoke. "Perhaps, but what if this information is false and we're being led into a trap or ambush," he stated as the other members thought for a moment. "I say we contact Poseidon and have him bring upon the wrath of the sea on those bastards, my men can swim and breathe underwater, we should be able to take them out even if they can swim," he smirked and sat back down. Moses stood next for his proposal. "Say we did diverge from Jesus' plan and went with yours Noah," he said. "How would we know those demonic bastards don't come equipped with a full-proof escape plan in case of a given retreat order?" he spoke and looked sternly at the four others before relaxing back in his seat. "I say I gather my army and we fight those bastards head-on, no holds barred." "If we may?" Adam spoke up and Eve smiled along with him. "Perhaps the solution lies not in any battle strategy, but rather, a gift of peace?" he said and received puzzled looks from the three men. "You see, what if we send a so-called "sacrifice" down to the human world, where the demons disguised in that world can simply take him or her to Satan himself, and it can be a showing that we do not want any conflict between our worlds," he stated and only received thinking looks from the battle strategists. "It would save on the number of soldiers, and the amount of power needed, just a kick to the human world, then down to Hell, and that's it." The two strategists Noah and Moses nodded in agreement, but Jesus only gave Adam a serious look. "Adam, there's but one question I have to ask," he said and gained Adam's full attention. "Who do we send down?" he asked and got acknowledged looks from Noah, Moses, and even Eve. The man smiled. "Simple, we send down the half-ling," he stated. "He is neither us nor them, he cares not for peace nor destruction, but he has never really been accepted into either of our worlds completely, so he's perfect," Adam stated before fixing some leafs on his body. "Are there any objections to my plan?" he asked and immediately began to hear rushing footsteps outside of the war room where a man with wind-blown black hair, a business suit, and a stern look in his eye burst through. "OBJECTION!" he screamed and was only met with a massive bolt of lighting sent down and coursed through him, burning the man's body to a crisp. The charred man's body lay before the five as Jesus blew a small bit of smoke from his index finger as a large vein pulsating in his head subsided. "Phoenix, you're not in this, go back to the law section," the Son stated before the lawyer was instantly teleported out of the war room, and the doors were slammed, and locked up. "Better, now Adam, I am on board with your plan, but how will we get Kenneth to go to the human world, I mean the boy's never even seen the human world before," Jesus said and Adam only smiled and stood to his bare feet. "Do not worry sir, I've got just the plan if you'll allow me to do it," he smirked as the Son of God nodded in approval. "Thank you sir," Adam bowed as both he and Eve exited the war room, followed by Noah and Moses, leaving Jesus to think to himself in the war room. The Son of God rubbed the bridge of his nose and rubbed his eyes before sighing in exhaustion. "If this war continues, it'll be the end, the end of Heaven, Hell, the Human World, and every world and universe my father created, let's just hope Adam's plan works," he said and leaned back a bit in his seat. As the patrons exited the war room and went their separate ways, Eve stopped her husband and spoke with him privately. "So Adam, what is your plan to get Kenneth into the human world?" she asked him. "I mean, I know he is an adventurous young lad, but he's never once been one to accept anything without knowing why he's doing it," she said and received a finger on her lips from Adam. "Just leave everything to me my flower of beauty," Adam said and kissed his wife before waving goodbye. The garden protector then formed himself into a sphere of pure light and instantly vanished from his current spot, before re-materializing in a secluded part of the heavens. The part he was in was only used when angels with incredible fighting abilities went in order to fight what the heavens could throw at them, both figuratively and literally. As the original man wandered the area, he began to here the clashing of swords and the firing of a weapon, he had found what he was looking for. The man smirked as he rushed off and came into a large area, where a young teenager, no older than 17, was using a pair of short swords, designed with golden angel wings as the cross-beams, a bronze hilt, and a blade engraved with the design of a cross in it, to slice up massive boulders thrown at him from a foggy distance. "He's gotten good with those weapons," Adam whispered to himself as the boy's bordered trench coat, half black and half white was thrown from him, revealing his white t-shirt and black jeans, allowing him faster and better mobility. "Hmm, interesting," Adam said as he observed further. The young teen panted and ran his free hand through his black hair striped with white color in places, and rubbed his one silver, and one blood red eye before nodding again. "Come on! Is that all you got!?" he screamed and instantly slammed the two hilts of the swords together, connecting them and forming the two blades into one glaive weapon. "Come at me! I can take anything you throw at me!" he screamed as a black energy began to surround him, and on top of that was a shining white energy. As the boy panted more and more heavily, an earthquake could be felt as a massive boulder, almost the size of a small mountain was thrown from the fog and towards Kenneth, who smirked and crouched a little before screaming to the foggy abyss. "HAAAAAAAA!!!" he screamed as a pair of angelic wings, one being of pure white, the other being of a smokey black shot out and sprouted from his back. "Let's go!!" Kenneth screamed as he shot into the air with great speed, and aimed his glaive at the boulder as if it were the point of a drill. "Special Attack!" he screamed. "Heavenly Drill Impact!" he screamed as his body began to turn at lightning-fast speeds. Adam was amazed to see the boy had actually rotated so fast that he looked like a massive drill heading towards the boulder before him. "Impressive I must say," Adam said and continued observing. As Kenneth grew closer and closer to the boulder, he unleashed a massive yell to the boulder as his drilling attack impacted it. "Break Through!" he screamed as the drill impact instantly carved into the boulder before shooting straight through it in a matter of moments. As the teen broke his glaive back into swords and sheathed them, he then pulled out two Colt .45 Revolvers from his sides, however, these were mostly black and red in color, but possessed demonic energy emanating from it. The grips were engraved with demonic pentagrams on both sides, the bullets within the gun were lit ablaze and released a massive amount of demonic energy, and the barrel was in the shape of a dead demon, with the barrel being the head and open mouth. Kenneth smirked as he aimed his dual revolvers down the hole his drill had made as he shot two flaming bullets into the boulder as it continued on its course to the ground. As the bullets entered the boulder, they began to move on their own, and soon mutated into nothing more and flaming spirits of demons, who attached themselves to the boulder before self-destructing and in turn, destroying the boulder entirely. As the rubble came raining down on the landscape, Adam was in awe as Kenneth glided down behind him and retracted his wings. "What do you want Adam?" he asked. "Whoa Kenneth, easy now my friend," Adam joked but only received a death glare from Kenneth as he placed his black and white trench coat back on. "What?" Adam asked. "I told you and everyone else, my name is Kenn, not Kenneth," Kenn spat and went through the process of reloading his revolvers and polishing his swords before turning back to Adam. "Now I'll ask you again, what do you want?" he asked. Adam sighed and chuckled. "Look, I came to inform you that Jesus, Moses, Noah, Eve, and myself included, have selected you to be the leading charge in the battle against the demon army in the Valley of Lost Souls," he said and received a puzzled look from Kenn. "Hmm? Something the matter?" he asked. "Why do you guys want me all of a sudden?" Kenn asked. "I mean there are plenty of other people more qualified than me to fit the job, so why me?" Kenn asked as Adam smirked, knowing his plan was working. "Kenn, it's because of those," Adam said and pointed down to Kenn's dual Demonic Revolvers. "Those revolvers were forged and created by your demon father, meaning those can help us, by killing demons, with demon power," Adam explained as Kenn nodded at certain points. "So, with you leading the charge, the demon army can't stand up to us with you on our side, so whadaya say? You wanna lead the charge?" Adam asked and extended his hand out, hoping Kenn would take the bait and accept. "Hmm... meh, why not?" Kenn said and grasped Adam's hand firmly, causing Adam to smirk in victory, knowing he had won. "So, when do we get dispatched?" Kenn asked as Adam's eyes widened in fake realization. "Oh no! They've already been dispatched! Quick if we hurry we'll make it in time for you to be at the front line!" Adam said sparatically and instantly transported both Kenn and himself into an area of heaven, where a large glowing sphere of energy was being controlled by a man wearing glasses, a long white robe, and the traditional angel halo and wings, but next to him he held an advanced magi-tech staff. "Saint Peter!" Adam screamed and gained the saint's attention, who waved them over to him. "Hi Peter, did Eve fill you in on what's going on?" he asked and received a nod from Peter. "Great, are the coordinates already put in?" he asked. "Yes sir, gate coordinates are put in and everything is ready to go, just step on through Kenneth and get ready to get sacri- I mean get ready to fight!" Peter said and pretended to shadow box, making Kenn chuckle slightly. "Okay, coords are in, the gate is ready to go," the saint said as the glowing sphere of energy opened and Adam simply forced Kenn inside of the massive sphere, which only turned out to be a bubble of energy used for transportation purposes. "Okay, transporting in 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... GO!" Peter screamed as he forced the activation lever forward, causing the sphere to light up and speak the destination. "Destination Initiated," the sphere spoke. "Coordinates set for Human World, Trakx City," the sphere finished as Kenn's eyes widened. "Wait what!?" he screamed and rushed to a side of the sphere before drawing out his dual swords and was about to begin his barrage of attacks. However, as the sword grew close to the sphere's wall, a massive light filled the room, and as it died out, Kenn was gone, leaving nothing behind. "Good job Peter," Adam said and patted Saint Peter on the back. "Now that that's over, I'll head back to Eve and try to negotiate a back-up plan with the others," he said and walked out of the gate room, leaving Saint Peter alone. "Hmm... I wonder if I can do this?" he said and began fiddling with a couple of buttons before an error popped up. "Damnit, why can't I transport to the time period where Twilight was just beginning to be written, and stop it from ever existing." -To Be Continued |
