 Author has written 2 stories for Hunger Games, and Criminal Minds. I have always been an avid reader and binge-watcher, known to become so addicted to a story that I disappear from the world for days at a time - and when I'm done, you can find me moping around because I miss the characters and the world they inhabit. What a great relief it has been to find that some stories continue to live on here, thanks to all of you. My favourites: Harry Potter and The Hunger Games, anything by Alberto Vázquez-Figueroa or Anne Rice, and the Dragonlance. I confess to enjoying period drama (think Little Women or Pride Prejudice), love stories with a bit of a kick (The Time Traveller's Wife), and I'm quite partial to nostalgia-inducing stuff like Ready Player One (the book more so than the movie). I'm also a big fan of TV shows: Chuck, Alias, Black Sails, The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, House, Dexter, The Big Bang Theory, Criminal Minds, The 10th Kingdom, Grimm... And, of course, movies. If I could live in the cinema, I would. I like irreverent humour, fantasy, dragons, steampunk, animation, pirates, (some) vampires, epic battles, superheroes, time-travelling and romantic tension. I have now been in hiatus from writing for quite some time, which pains me, but such is life. I'm juggling self-employment, a demanding part-time job, a master's degree and fitness training. I can barely squeeze in a bit of social life and introverted me-time. BUT - I plan to return to my Criminal Minds story (just need to get my mojo back) and I want to continue translating Nine Lives of Peta Mellark, so watch this space!
