My name is Nasomta and I am a very silly noodle of scales and feathers who likes to write things. These things are usually about Zoids or Marvel and have a horrible tendency to make people cry. I take a disgusting amount of pride in this because I am an awful person.

I am a survivor of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and was diagnosed at the age of three. I am of mixed Native blood, with descendants traced back to the Cherokee and Hopi peoples. Currently I reside in central Ohio, but hope to move out west once I finish schooling. My current major is Geology; I hope to study natural disasters and paleontology once I graduate. As stated above I teach creative writing to middle school children as a volunteer helper and writing mentor. That being said I am far from a perfect writer, but I enjoy it greatly and love to help children facilitate their own love for it.

I'm a very friendly person so please don't be afraid to strike up a conversation with me, or even send me prompts or fic ideas! The best place to do that, though, would probably be on my tumblr account! Please be sure to let me know in your message that you're from ff.net or I'll likely be really confused. I always make sure to tag any potential triggers in my fics, and make notes of any possibly-squicky content at the beginning of chapters! All of my fics are ace friendly.

My interests span many fandoms, but I am particularly active in the Zoids and Marvel MCU fandoms. You can expect the majority of my fics to be based in these universes, but I also stray into other fandoms as well. I occasionally wander into the Voltron: Legendary Defender, Overwatch, and Ecco the Dolphin fandoms, among others. I have been writing solidly for over a decade now, from middle school on, and I have competed in creative writing competitions and have placed in them. Nowadays, however, I write merely for my own enjoyment and for teaching purposes.

And as of July 2018, I've somehow become a published author.

Maybe that whole "write for a living" dream might pan out.

A collection of short stories that revolve around Raven and his relationship with other characters throughout the series. From expanding upon events that take place in the anime, filling in the gaps between episodes and exploring possible character interactions, these short stories will be heavily influenced by my personal views on Raven and other characters in the show. This is not a canon retelling. Will contain manga elements.

A collection of short stories that focus on O'Connell, and flesh out a background and past that was never seen or explored in the anime. These short, interconnected stories will shed light on his past, his relationship with other characters, and an inside look at how the Republic operates. As with Birdsongs, this particular fic will be heavily influenced by my own personal views on the character. This is not a canon retelling.

Return to Another Tomorrow (working title)
[Zoids Battle Coliseum/Legacy]
Based in the Zoids Battle Coliseum (or Legacy, haven't chosen) game timeline, this fic will primarily follow Raven and Reese as they travel through the time-space fusion world, and their attempts to return home. This will contain the Raven/Reese pairing but it won't be the focus of the fic. Some other pairings may be implied or included. Unlike the above options, this will be a multichapter fic and not a collection of drabbles. An introduction into the ZBC storyline will be provided.

[2018]Voltron has consumed my life, Zoids has a new anime, and I have a fiance. Life continues to grow more and more baffling the longer I stay away from this site. So, I guess I'll migrate some of my fics from ao3 over here. The MCU fics are likely to remain abandoned; the fandom was soured for me by a particularly vile individual.

[2014]I've been working on a bunch of things for both the Zoids and Marvel fandoms, so I hope at least one of my new works satisfies your tastes!
