It's been two months of agony for Piper Chapman and she is struggling to cope, but when Winter arrives, it brings with it Alex Vause and something neither of them was prepared for. Expect some solid Vauseman and shenanigans along the way.

I'm throwing my hat in the ring with a high school fic-Alex is the teacher, Piper is the student. What happens when there's an attraction that cannot be acted upon?

1950s film noir/pulp fiction AU- Piper Chapman has gone missing. Her best friend hires down on her luck private investigator Alex Vause to find her. Of course, the case turns out to be more than she bargained for.

It's a funny feeling, and an even stranger exchange of words, that somewhere in the midst, grow appropriate. Whatever they've done, however they've tangled themselves, it's been done together. The words always and intended run through Alex's mind. It's some form of permanent, some flicker of forever. They're not going anywhere.

After taking liberties with their timeline, I decided to splice together an Alex/Piper story of their pre-prison and post-prison lives together. Rated M for sexy stuff because these two are too awesome to keep apart for long. Some references to their time inside will also be made.

Sort of "Young Blood", vignette style, from Diane's perspective. But the first half ended up just being Diane and Alex backstory that is just as applicable to canon as to my 'verse. So...if you're not into the YB stuff but just want some early Diane and Alex, first chapter's still completely applicable. For the second chapter, you only have to have read "YB" not all the sequels.

Fulfilling Tumblr prompt for Lifeguard/Beach 's the summer before her senior year of college, and Piper failed to make other plans, so she's stuck with her family in their beach house in some seaside town full of rich vacationers who can afford to take the time off. Nearby, locals Alex and Poussey work their yearly summer gig as lifeguards.

Newest sequel to "Young Blood" and "It's Friday, I'm In Love". Three chapters in total. Starts us out in spring break of Piper's freshmen year of college.

Alex receives a visit from Piper and this time, Piper opts for the freefall. AU two-shot inspired by the fandom.

Season Two of OITNB told us over and over that prison isn't summer camp. But, like...maybe I want it to be. Just for a little while. Hence...camp counselor AU. Piper POV/Vauseman centric, but everyone's definitely a part of it.

Super random theme park AU. In which Alex, in the summer job from hell, is working a games booth at a theme park (alongside some other familiar faces), bored out of her mind until the day some dull Jewish guy brings his girlfriend by Alex's booth to try to win her a prize...but she's not exactly eyeing the stuffed animals.

Follow-up to "Young Blood". Due to multiple requests for the the specific prompt: Alex's first time visiting Piper in college. Two parts.

"Piper Chapman is nine years when she first sees Alex Vause." A childhood/middle school/high school AU for Alex and Piper. Incorporates their flashbacks from the series. Emphasis on the high school era. Two shot.

"Maybe there was too much f****** history between them." Set in the future, this story takes place years after season 1, when both Piper and Alex are already out of prison and haven't seen each other in a very long time. There'll be flashbacks, but I'll be making up what happens in the future, while doing my best to stay true to the characters.

This was originally a one-shot story, but I've decided it's going to be a multi-chaptered series of vignettes to illustrate how I imagine Piper and Alex's relationship to have evolved, because that's the most interesting aspect for me. Thanks in advance and for bearing with me. Cheers.
