A little about me:

Well, I'm afraid I'm not terribly interesting. I'm a bit weird, but then again aren't most people here? I mean that in a loving way. I'm tiny (4' 11"), dyed (my hair right now is an unfortunate shade of ginger) and I like people shoving needles into me and putting pieces of metal into the open wounds.

Writing is pretty much the only thing I really love to do, which is why I studied English at University, which makes me a half decent beta reader on here I think. I can go on forever about Linguistics too if you want though, I sort of like that as well. I like to talk to people. The people on my favourite authors list tend to be really brilliant people, so you should probably try and have a look at it (and forgive me for only having a few, I have a bad habit of bookmarking authors rather than favouriting them which I'm always trying to break). I use smileys and adverbs too much, and I tend to write best at 3am fueled by tea and chocolate biscuits. I have a terrible habit of forgetting to update long stories for months at a time, but I very rarely abandon completely, so shout-out to those of you who stick around throughout my erratic uploading anyway.

(18.10.10) - Wow! Thanks for all the reviews and things on 'A Slip In Time' :D It's great to know that people are enjoying it. I'll be doing my best to update regularly, as I'm really enjoying writing it. Credit must go to Anne-Lilian for setting the original challenge and idea out.

(14.12.10) - Thanks for all sticking with me while I sort my schedule out, updates will definitely be more frequent from now on.

(03.08.11) - 'A Slip In Time' is finished, with the epilogue and everything. I know, I can't believe it either, I never usually like my stories enough to follow them through as much as I have with that. I'm really happy with it, and I'm glad you all are too _ it took almost an entire year to finish, so thank you all for sticking around and reviewing everything and making me feel bad about not updating when I said I would. There is a sure-to-be excellent spin off story coming from Somerlia, which you should all take a look at if you get a chance! :D

(30.12.11) - There is a new (first ever!) poll available on my profile on what you would most like to see more of on here. I can't promise anything of course, but I do love you all so I shall try my best to get some new work up on here soonish :)
