Its been over a year since Bellwether's plot to turn prey against predator. Judy and Nick are now detectives at the ZPD and a budding relationship is forming. What if Judy and Nick hadn't swapped out the serum for blueberries? As Bellwether tightens her grip on the divided Zootopia, Nick is turned savage for real and committed to solitary confinement. But Judy isn't ready to give up on him, and soon the two are fighting for survival - not just against the world, but against each other. Set during/after an alternative ending to the movie.

Its been 6 months since Officer Judy Hopps and Con-artist Nick Wilde formed the most unlikely pairing in order to solve the now infamous Night Howler. Chief Bogo has now assigned Judy to a new case, one that requires her to keep it a secret from everyone even Nick. But when Nick makes his own discovery some old habits of his begin to resurface. Habits he long since thought dead.

Stories always have a happy ending, right? Pff, not here. This is the story of how Judy and Nick never solved their first case. Ten months have passed, and things have only gotten worse. The amount of savage animals is growing every day and there's no hope in sight. Until Judy gets shot.

A fanfic based off the original concept of Zootopia, with the shock collars and Nick as the main character. Contains spoilers from the actual movie since some scenes are based off of it. This is my first story that is multi-chapter.

My interpretation of what the original plot structure for Zootopia might have turned out to be had the creators gone through with it.
