Inspired by Mary Kirby's comparison of Dragon Age: Inquisition's enigmatic Vivienne (Madame Le Fer) to ortolan bunting, I decided to write a short story told from the view of a young girl from Tantervale, one of the lesser known city-states in the Free Marches.
