![]() Author has written 3 stories for Legend of Zelda. Hi there welcome to the profile of HylianBlade, major fan of the Legend of Zelda series. To start things off, here's a little bit of information about myself. Age: 22 Gender: Male Name: I'll Leave That To You Hobbies: Writing, Sleeping, Eating, Exercising, Reading Manga, Improving my Writing, Day Dreaming, Martial Arts, Gaming Likes: Pancakes, Good Food, Exciting Games, Good Stories, Interesting Topics, Technology, Cats, Dogs, One Piece Manga Dislikes: Waffles, Anything That Lives in the Ocean (Even Mermaids), Scary Movies, Violence, and Gore Favorite Books: Eragon Series, Harry Potter Series, Percy Jackson Series, Artemis Fowl Series A little bit more information about myself. I'm not that much of a serious gamer, and the only game consoles I own are a Nintendo64 and Wii, which I hardly ever use. I' currently an undergraduate at a college, but because of the recent budget cuts (or so I hear), most of the classes I need are unavailable, so I'm stuck taking random courses for credit (which really sucks). I really do enjoy writing Legend of Zelda fanfiction. When I was around eleven or so, I watched a friend play Ocarina of Time at his house, and I've been hooked ever since. When I first came to FanFiction.net, I tried starting three different fanfiction stories at once. Not the best idea. Here's a little bit of information about the fanfiction stories I've written so far. Legend of Zelda, the Three Spiritual Stones Just like how it sounds: Link goes about his business trying to collect all three Spiritual Stones. The story is loosely based on the game, and I use the word heavily. The main concepts are the same (beat bosses, find Spiritual Stones, save Hyrule, etc), but I've changed a lot and added quite a few things. There are cities, characters, and some history lessons not mentioned or shown in the game. In addition to that, the Kingdom of Hyrule is a little darker in my story than it was in the game. The story isn't 100% action oriented, as it goes into some of the lives of the characters. The story is not yet finished, but I guarantee that I will finish it someday, since I update regularly (I think). Just as the title suggests, the book will only cover Link's journey on collecting the three Spiritual Stones, meaning that once he collects the final Spiritual Stone the story will end. Whether or not I will create a sequel depends on my imagination and current workload. Legend of Zelda, Breaking Dimensions This Legend of Zelda story does not come from any current Legend of Zelda game, but borrows some ideas from the game Spiderman Shattered Dimension and Jet Li's movie, The One. The story starts with Ganondorf from the Ocarina of Time. He is sealed inside the Sacred Realm after getting defeated by Link. He struggles until he miraculously makes in rip in the fabric of space and time. Ganondorf soon discovers that by killing alternate versions of himself in different dimensions, he gains their powers. Thus, while the evil mastermind runs amok through the dimensions, we see all kinds of different Links in their separate dimensions. The current dimensions include the Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Twilight Princess. Three addition dimensions are included as well: a future Link, a present day Link, and a Link that lived during the 1970s. There may be more Links, but I think I've got a handful for now. This story is put on hold. Legend of Zelda, Twilight Blade The Legend of Zelda, Twilight Blade fanfiction occurs after Link (from the Twilight Princess) defeats Ganondorf and returns to Oron Village. He lives a peaceful life in the Realm of Life, but things don't go so well for Midna in the Twilight Realm. Her Twilight Council fears that someone similar to Zant may come about and enslave them all, so they build up an army to invade the Realm of Light in a conquest for power. However, because Midna shattered the Mirror of Twilight, the Twilight Council have no way to send their troops into the Realm of Light. Then they discover the existance of the Twilight Blade, a sword that can cut through the wall between realms. The Twilight Council send their forces to capture the Twilight Blade, but Midna sends the Twilight Blade and puts her under Link's protection. This story is put on hold. |
