With the workload at the bakery picking up, Tom Dupain hires a assistant to help him and his wife manage the shop. The new worker is not only a handsome college junior but he's incredible helpful and sweet, becoming fast friends with Marinette and gains lots of (female) business. Too bad a certain cat boy can't help but feel jealous over the new competition for his princess.

Marinette wonders if maybe she should move on from Adrien, but her masked partner suggests she goes after what makes her happy. Adrien, meanwhile, realizes maybe he didn't know as much about Marinette as he previously thought. It leaves him wondering if maybe Chat Noir should practice what he preaches.
