Just some reminders...

1. Flamers: Please don't flame stories just because it contains some spelling/grammar errors. Otherwise, you're just here to cause some drama.

2. Trollers: If you're here to get some attention, then go away. You are not welcome.

3. Constructive Criticism: Don't complain about getting some comments that are less than tasteful for you. You won't get all praises.

4. Guidelines: Read the guidelines, they're more than important when posting a story. Many people don't see the point that songfics are not allowed (I was guilty of this once). It isn't ten pages long like reading the terms and conditions. Even I occasionally visit it to make sure I'm not posting content against fanfiction rules. If you don't want you or your story to get banned, follow 'em.

5. Author suggestions: Look at my favorite authors section. Also, check out Sleepwalking101 on deviantart. I read her stuff all the time, even if I've finished everything she has in her gallery.

JUNE 2015

Wow so it's been more than a year since I updated my profile, but it almost doesn't seem too long ago! Anyways a few months ago Naruto came to an end and to my greatest surprise, Naruto and Hinata ended up together! I mean, I remember losing any hope for them multiple times when it seemed as though nothing was happening and believing that Hinata's crush will soon end up nowhere. (Specially since Sasuke was turning out to be a complete a-hole) But then the confession - the in your eyes scene - Neji's death and Hinata's reassurance all happened and it was just too much sweetness for them not to end up together. Of course there was still a lot of room for disappointment - such as Kishimoto never addressing the pairings and leaving it as it is, but thank goodness that didn't happen.

One thing that bothered me though was the quick acceptance of Sasuke. I mean he was a complete a-class bstrd - even in Gaiden he still is. He's incredibly bipolar I mean one moment he goes on about how Konoha never appreciated Itachi and whatever, then the next he's back saving it! I was really hoping that Sakura would end up to be a strong independent woman. That would have been the icing to the cake and a salute to her growth. I have nothing against Sasusaku, really! I understand where their bond comes from and how deep it really runs given all that she's sacrificed. But I didn't want her to be about him, I wanted her to be like Tsunade. Strong, independent and focused on her own goals.

Ino and Sai were also a surprise, but I took it well. I kind of started shipping them, too, even though I used to be so set on ShikaIno. Chouji and Karui were the biggest surprise of course because everyone just wants to know the answer to the question - how the hell did that even happen?

Naruto becoming an extremely attractive and mature Hokage was a huge bonus to the ending, especially with his two little balls of sunshine and a gorgeous wife in a happy house. I swear he has become a Hotkage, he's always looked more charming than Sasuke and now he really beats him with his looks. That growth spurt too!

I absolutely loved The Last movie, though it might partially be attributed to my intense NaruHina fangirling. Every bit of the movie had me squealing and I realized that ten years of waiting was worth it - a movie like this coming from a shonen manga. Though there were some things that were unnecessary and some things overdone (I think the number of times Naruto said Hinata's name in that movie alone surpasses the number of times he's said it in the entire series), there was something really likable about it. (And it isn't just the fluff) It was almost as though my headcanons all came true. AKA Naruto getting popular, Naruto being jealous, Hinata kicking butt and sacrificing her happiness and them getting married. Not to mention, I never really expected a kiss to happen, but then they gave us two!

I'm currently chin-deep in Almei fanfics, though it sucks considering how limited they are. Nisekoi seems to be going nowhere so I find hardly any inspiration to write. I'm also really in love with Yahiro and Megumi right now, as well as Aya and Rei. All these old animes are getting to me.

I would recommend Sakurasou. The title is long so I always just refer to it as that. It's really sweet and I love the art style, I'd heard of it before but I never got around to watching it until recently. Though I do hate how many episodes are dedicated to the unrequited pairing, I do love the relationships and friendships built on it. There are some fan-service scenes but they were tastefully done, I suppose. I would also recommend Kobato to those who like slice-of-life and fantasy shows. It's made by CLAMP, with gorgeous art and fantastic music.

SHEPHERDS OF YLISSE UPDATE: The first two chapters are being redone so I took them out in the meantime. I also just added a new chapter entitled Her Queen for those who want a little familial love.
