Rebellion: Lelouch has been preparing for his rebellion since he was twelve, in the form of high stakes gambling. Four times a week gambling on anything from Chess to Black Jack never losing, as a consequence he has built up a large fortune (SN= side note anyways; Don’t care how rich just make sure he can support a rebellion against an empire that owns 2/3 of the world and still come out on top. He can do whatever need be to get this done from stocks to blackmail until at least he gets his geass.) He can if you want hire an o.c. of your making or Rakshata Chawla at 15 to 16, to help with working on creating cybernetic body parts (SN Like Jeremiah) and the first 7th gen then the 8th gen and so on and so forth.

Geass: Absolute Obedience. (SN Can give other’s geass but don’t go overload)

Physically Fit: Not like Suzaku but not like a newborn kitten ether, hell if you want he can be like Suzaku.

IQ: got to be as smart if not smarter canon (SN Shouldn’t make so many novice mistakes as canon but can still make them it’s up to you.)

Pairings: has to be Kallen or/and C.C. (SN Can be harem but has to be well thought out.)

The beginning must play out similarly the anime up until he gains geass which instead of killing Clovis’ royal guard he orders them to become his “willing servants and obey his every command” that way they will keep their minds and willingly serve him. After that you can do whatever in Shinjuku having them become your spy's in the gov. or just plain using them as advisers in the base (SN See down below).

Now on to the title of the story and the reason for the title is... he won’t be Zero but controlling Zero the pawn, by the time canon starts he will have created a base like the OSI base in Ashford that’s where he will control Zero from.

The man he controls (SN via Geass the same kind of order he gave to the royal guard but can be however different you want it) this “Zero” can’t be britannian but has to have some brain power not as much as Lelouch is needed but you can do whatever you want.

You can do whatever you want after that it’s up to you whether Lelouch dies or gains a code or rules the world peacefully or whatever it’s up to you!!!!!!!
