 Author has written 1 story for Dragon Age. I am not sure I remember how I first found this place but I was driven here most recently by a game that inspired stories that are tormenting me to be written. I come from a family of writers so I have a bit of perfectionism about me though I know I cannot possibly properly critique others' work. My mother has professionally published three books and is working on a 4th. My child writes here and elsewhere. (I think they may have been my first exposure to this site I am not sure.) BTW that profile pic of mine? My child drew it. Unfortunately the stories dried up and blew away, now I just read. I live in Appalachia content with the weather that is at least as crazy and temperamental as I. I am a gamer geek. I play all manner of video games and tabletop RPGs. I am a recovering World of Warcraft addict. I have loved the Elder Scrolls games from the first Arena back in 94. My typing skills got a major boost as I became addicted to Dragon Realms, a text based online RPG that I played for 18 hrs a day for about a year. I might still have that keyboard around somewhere with all the letters worn off... I first started playing Dragon Age in Oct 2011 and that is what has the fanfic beating me about the head and shoulders. Shortly after Christmas I made my husband a Skyrim Widower; now he is an Assassin's Creed Widower I play Dungeons and Dragons, Arcanum, Shadow Run, Mech Warrior/Battletech, Champions, Oriental Adventures, and a few others. I have a dice collection that makes many gamers I run into drool. The real geeks however would pshaw at it. I am a picky yet avid reader with eclectic tastes. I like some romance, some sci-fi, a lot of fantasy, urban fantasy, some inspriational, a few others There is no way to categorize my music tastes. You will find just about anything in my radio presets and in my Pandora profile. I write some prose and some poetry and some blends of these. I am a bit of a shutterbug with my camera.
