My name's Pegelia (or Peggy, or Pegs). I'm a twenty-something college girl from southern Arizona, currently residing between DC, Arizona and New York City. Some random facts, just in case you care:

I own eighteen desert tortoises (Clover, Peanut, Scarlet, Spunky, Midnight, Serenity, Henri, Maria, Moxie, Heloise, Poppy, Dakotah, Lexi, Squirt, Ivy, Scout, Star and Ginger) and a betta fish (Calypso);

I've been writing since I was six;

My car is haunted by a bobblehead turtle named Lizzie;

I'm highly lactose intolerant, but I adore cheese;

I collect dried flowers;

I have a photographic memory;

Currently writing a novel;

I work selling chemicals to people (but it's all above ground, I swear);

I'm completely and utterly tone deaf, and therefore play bass drum in my college pep band;

Favorite book: A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens

I'm a certified scuba diver, which is completely pointless when I'm in Arizona cause most of our rivers don't have water in them;

I bruised my tailbone once running away from the Australian police;

I'm an Arizona state debate champ (waaay back in the day)

I have enough mental health issues to kill a cow, and writing is how I deal with it;

I can read medieval Icelandic;
