New to the area Beca goes on a tour through the New Orleans French Quarter on a whim where she meets two other women who become her unlikely friends. After a drunken night of Hurricanes and a blunder that she isn't sure the others remember, they have to decide if they should move on as friends or if she, Chloe, and Aubrey can handle a relationship with a bit of 'lagniappe.'

Beca has a deal with her father. She promised to play on the Barden field hockey team for a year and he would then help her move to LA. Things don't go as expected.

Beca and Chloe have been together - and married - for several years. They have found a rhythm and happiness in life that they (or at least Beca) never imagined possible. Now they intend to start a family - what could possibly go wrong? Mainly a Bechloe story - but with frequent visits from Jesse, Aubrey, and Stacie. (And more old friends in coming chapters).

It's one of those nights when they're kissing messily before they even make it through the front door. Hands spilling and caressing everywhere, too frantic and way too fast. They seem to stumble through the kitchen expertly, obviously knowing that they've done this so many times before. Beca loves these nights.
