Author has written 1 story for Harry Potter.

Welcome!

I'm Kathryn (shocker, I know) and I'm a girl from England. I go to a Girl's Grammar school, so I suppose that means I'm somewhat intelligent.

I constantly read fanfiction - Merlin it's like an addiction - and I dabble in writing it occasionally. I usually hate everything I write, so I doubt much will end up on here, but it's good to have it anyway!

About me? Well I'm a friendly person, I love meeting new people and always find how great people are. However, at the same time, I pick out faults like there's no tomorrow! I'm sarcastic and cynical; it almost always comes out in my writing.

If you didn't guess from up there, I read a lot of Harry Potter fanfiction. I also read Avatar, Beyblade, Naruto and various others that I can't think of right now. I'm the kind of person who picks a character and ends up pairing them with anyone else I like. Or I have a group of people I love but don't mind too much who they get paired up with - as long as their significant other is in that group!

I'm also an artist, but when it comes to Digital Art I pretty much fail. Give me a pencil and paper any day. I can make banners pretty well, though, so if you ever want one, just give me a shout and I'm sure I'll find something to do for you. I'm usually bored anyway when I have nothing to read.

More about books? Okay.

My favourite author would have to be Dean Koontz. I love murder/crime/thriller/horror books! However, I do not like Stephen King much. Oh dear. Some of my friends have a theory that this is because he is Dean Koontz's main competitor, but I have no clue. That's probably the reason.

I read almost anything I can get my hands on. The only books I honestly can't read are the Lord of the Rings books! I just about struggled through the Hobbit and got about two chapters into the first book. It hurt my head and I seemed to be losing so many braincells per word.

Music-wise (though it shouldn't matter, but as music rules my life as much as reading does, it deserves a place) I love just about anything. The music on my iPod ranges from Classical to Rap to Country to Metal to Hip Hop to K-Pop. Yes, I'm learning Japanese and yes, I like anime but no, I am not a Japanophile. Merlin that word just irritates me. It's not like I run around screaming 'kawaii' at the top of my voice. (Yes, those people irritate me, too.)

My favourite artist however, is David Bowie. Just think about this for a moment. Labyrinth - tiiiiight trousers. Voice - he has one of the sexiest voices in the history of sexy voices. Eyes - I'm sure every other Bowie fan finds his eyes somehow oh-so-very attractive. No clue why, I just do.
And his music isn't half bad either.

I've been writing this bio for a while now and I still haven't gotten onto my future profession. I'm going to be a photographer. I know there's many people wanting the same thing and it's going to be hard getting into it - but I'm determined. I'm going to be one of the best photographers out there. Once I have the experience. I also need a good camera. But I'm getting off track! I take my camera absolutely everywhere and am finally going to get a new one for christmas! Thank the lord.

Merlin I've rabbitted on for long enough. Just a little more though, then you can carry on with whatever you were doing before reading this (which was probably a lot more interesting). I use a lot of English phrases, &c. without realising it. So if you don't understand something I've said or written, don't hesitate to ask!

If you need to know anything else, feel free to ask. I think I've covered most things though!

Thanks for reading this far,
Kathryn.

P.s. I play the cello.
