When Gray's therapist makes him attend a program for troubled youth, he's not impressed. Then he meets Natsu, a charismatic boy with pink hair and piercings who's larger than life, and Gray starts to fall in love. But when the dark parts of Natsu's past start to catch up with him, it's up to Gray to try and pick up the pieces.

The battle with the dragons left everyone in pieces, and Sting and Rogue still haven't dealt with the demons of their past.

The spell was forbidden for a reason. His master knew that and so did he. It's very rare that a dragon's mate rejects his/her partner, but when it happens it's bound to end disastrous for the rejecting mate. It's mating season, which leaves Natsu restless. He avoids every possible woman by going on a trip with Gray. To his surprise though, it turns out the latter is his fated partner, but when he gets rejected, an uncontrollable fury takes over his mind.

Natsu x Gray. Natsu makes out with Lisanna, but for some reason he's bothered about it afterwards. He tells Gray, but their conversation takes an unexpected turn. As they both realize there is something more between them than either liked to admit, they try to place these new feelings into their lives. Fire and Ice learn to know each other in a whole new way.

While a heat wave torments Fiore, Loki finally decides to do something about his feelings for Gray. A few days he lives in pure bliss, but then the ice mage suddenly breaks this new relationship off, for reasons Loke and even Gray himself don't quite understand. Anger, sadness and uncertainty drives the two men further and further apart. Will they find their way back again?

Loke and Gray are on a mission. When Gray gets hit by an enemy's magic, he is horribly wounded. Loke tries to save his friend and brings him to Porlyusica. Even though she manages to save his life, the effects of the magic on Gray's body are clearly visible. (Neko-Gray - Rated M for Gray x Loke fluff in later chapters)
