It's been 4 years since the Mockingjay took down the Capitol, and both Gale and Madge have been working with the new government to make a better future. Unfortunately, they're both in District 2. The two of them have been doing a great job at avoiding each other and minding their own business, but a chance string of events brings them together again and again.
