While the top several floors belong to the Avengers, the rest of the building is still an industrial main-stay of Stark Industries. How do the employees cope with having superheroes in the same building with them? For starters, not very well. "Oh so first you break my computers, then you kill Alpha and now you break my assistant! If one thought being an employee at Stark Industries was hard, surviving the Christmas season was a whole another ballgame. To make matters worse, this was the first year the Avengers were living on the floors above the company. The employees will be lucky to live to see the New Year.
